There are 4 types of chickens on the farm, and the hens are always in with the roosters. That means that all the eggs are (probably) fertilised. Most of the eggs are sold in the farm shop, but some are kept in an incubator to make the next generation of hens and roosters.
There is no noticeable difference between a fertilised chicken egg and an unfertilised one if it is not left to develop. And you don't have to keep eggs in the fridge, even if they're fertilised.
