Today, the snow was knee-deep in the morning but has been thawing all day and now it's a calm and quite pleasant 5 degrees.
We've been working in the greenhouse today, building raised beds, planting lettuce and killing the cutworms that eat the baby roots. It was 20 degrees in the greenhouse, despite the chill outside and the apparent lack of sunshine.
